An initial payment is required to confirm the booking, which is 50% of the total amount. This is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your stay. The rest of the balance is payable 30 days prior to the start date of your hire, or at the time of booking if you book less than 30 days from the start date of your stay. We also require a £200 deposit - this can be paid to us with the initial payment and will be refuned within 48 hours of your leaving date, or by cheque on the day of your arrival which will only be cashed if there are any damages to the property. The cheque will be returned at the end of your stay.

 

At present time, we are only able to take payments through our website via bank transfer.

All cancellations must be notified in writing, but please call immediately to inform us.

 

Pets are not allowed on the property.

 

This is also a non-smoking property.

 

You must look after the property, the keys and items inside. You must always lock the property when you leave. You must not let anyone work on the property without our permission. If there are any emergency problems with the property will we hire the appropriate service. Let us know as soon as you become aware of a fault.

 

You must leave the property in good condition.

You will have to pay for repairs if:
- The house needs more than our standard cleaning.
- You have damaged the property, inside or out.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the property including that caused by neglect, misuse or accident.
